Global expands its Rewards Program to mobile

The Global Group, one of the world's largest furniture manufacturers has a robust incentive program where sales agents get rewarded for selling Global products. Although Global had a portal for agents to log in to view rewards balance, Global asked 70 Main Street to devise an easier way for agents to access their points. Global was also expanding its reward program to include vacation rewards for a posh Global Getaway, so 70 Main Street was also asked to create exposure for the trip. To meet this objective, 70 Main Street created three key assets to extend and promote the rewards program:

  1. Mobile app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry
  2. Rewards website
  3. Ongoing communication (email and push notifications) via administrative console

The vibrant new website and mobile app provided Global with several key benefits including increased brand exposure and accessibility, as well as broader communication capabilities with a very important sales channel.
